We recently purchased a home using Kevin as our buyer’s agent. Our situation was anything but a cookie cutter situation and certainly presented its challenges. The home we were intrigued in was nearly 100 years old and sat on a property with an active oil well. Kevin quickly stood out as a true professional helping to bring clarity to all aspects of the sale. Kevin did a tremendous amount of legwork contacting the oil well operator, ensuring mineral rights ownership and even visiting the county clerk’s office pulling data on the oil and gas lease. Kevin ensured that no rock was left unturned.
